Buying a used Prius? Debating whether a pack is worth saving? Bring it in. We pull live module-level data — not just the dash warning light — and tell you straight whether it's reconditioning-worthy, needs cells replaced, or isn't worth the money.

01 / PROCESS

Proprietary Cycling Rigs

Up to 42 modules tested simultaneously on ESP32-based rigs we designed and maintain in-house. Consistent test conditions, consistent results.

02 / EVIDENCE

Every Cycle Logged

Voltage and current are sampled continuously through charge and discharge, saved to SD, and exported to CSV. You see the data your pack passed — not just a sticker.

03 / HONESTY

We'll Tell You No

Some packs shouldn't be reconditioned. When the math doesn't work in your favor, we'll say so and point you at a better option. That's cheaper for everyone in the long run.

Most reconditioning jobs turn in 3 to 5 business days. Here's what happens between you handing over the keys and getting them back.

Intake & Scan

We pull codes from the Battery ECU, log baseline voltage across all modules, and confirm the pack is a candidate for reconditioning before anything else happens.

Tear-Down & Cycle

Pack comes apart. Every module goes onto the bench for a full charge-discharge-charge cycle. Weak cells, high-resistance modules, and thermal problem children get flagged in real time.

Days 2–3 · 36–48 hr

Pair & Rebuild

Modules are paired by duration-matched capacity, not just voltage, and arranged center-out for thermal balance. Busbars cleaned or replaced. Terminals torqued to spec. Nothing goes back in by feel.

Verify & Hand Back

Full-pack load test, final scan, and your printed diagnostic report. You get the keys, the paperwork, and a 12-month warranty on our work.
